摘要: 五年制高职智能建造技术专业培养的是能够从事智能化施工、智能化施工项目管理工作的高素质技术技能人才。该文依据该目标,坚持宽基础、多交叉、强实践、精技能的育人理念,结合五年制高职学生特点,构建“双线联动、六融合育人、六递进成长”人才培养模式,围绕工作领域、工作任务、职业能力3个维度,打通“岗课赛证”四要素,借助校企合作,将产、教各要素有机结合,实现人才培养目标。

Abstract: Five-year vocational college intelligent construction technology major cultivates high-quality technical and skilled talents who can engage in intelligent construction and intelligent construction project management work. Based on this goal, we adhere to the educational philosophy of broad foundation, multiple intersections, strong practice, and refined skills, and combine the characteristics of five-year vocational college students to construct a talent cultivation model of“dual line linkage, six integration education, and six progressive growth”. Around the three dimensions of work field, work tasks, and professional abilities, we will integrate the four elements of job, course, competition, and certification. With the help of school enterprise cooperation, we will organically combine the elements of production and education to achieve the goal of talent cultivation.
