新时代高职院校师生课堂互动有效性提升研究——以“正向表达”课堂互动方式为视角

摘要: 课堂教学实效性是学校教学质量的主要指标之一,其提升在一定程度上依托课堂教学互动的方式。进入新时代,“正向表达”课堂互动方式成为课堂师生互动的重要形式之一,越来越受关注。“正向表达”课堂互动方式能够显著增强师生的沟通效果,提高学生“抬头率”,促进课堂互动,提升教学效果。课题组调研发现:当前高职院校课堂互动存在形式单一、效果不佳以及沟通不顺畅等问题,为此,应注重教学形式,深化“正向表达”练习;重视课堂互动,营造“正向表达”氛围;拓展互动载体,提升“正向表达”能力;建立评价体系,激励“正向表达”行为。

Abstract: The effectiveness of classroom teaching is the main channel for improving the quality of school teaching, and the improvement of classroom teaching effectiveness depends to some extent on the form of classroom teaching interaction. In the new era, the“positive expression”classroom interaction method has become one of the important forms of teacher-student interaction in the classroom and is receiving increasing attention.“Positive expression”classroom interaction can significantly enhance the communication between teachers and students, improve the“head rate”of students, improve the quality of classroom interaction, and promote the optimization of teaching results. The research group found that the current classroom interaction in vocational colleges exist in a single form, poor results and communication problems. Therefore, we should innovate teaching methods, strengthen“positive expression”practice, pay attention to classroom interaction, build“positive expression”atmosphere, strengthen in-class development, enhance“positive expression”ability; Establish an evaluation system to encourage“positive expression”behavior.
