Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Top Notch Innovative Talents in the Discipline of Digital Economy

摘要: 在全球经济数字化和智能化发展背景下,数字经济行业对拔尖创新人才的需求日益增长。该文分析国内外数字经济人才培养的现状,从理念创新、模式创新和实践探索3个层面总结现有经验,探讨数字经济学科拔尖创新人才的培养模式,结合无锡学院数字经济学科的教学改革实践,从人才培养目标、课程设置、教学方法、实践环节设计、师资队伍建设等方面进行探讨,提出一套科学、系统的拔尖创新人才培养方案,最后对数字经济学科发展进行展望,为数字经济领域的教学改革提供新思路。

Abstract: In the context of global economic digitization and intelligence development, the demand for top-notch innovative talents in the digital economy industry is increasing day by day. This article analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in the digital economy at home and abroad, summarizes existing experiences from three levels: conceptual innovation, model innovation, and practical exploration, explores the training mode of top-notch innovative talents in the digital economy discipline, and combines the teaching reform practice of the digital economy discipline at Wuxi University to explore talent training objectives, curriculum design, teaching methods, practical link design, and faculty team construction. It proposes a scientific and systematic plan for cultivating top-notch innovative talents, and finally looks forward to the development of the digital economy discipline, providing new ideas for teaching reform in the field of digital economy.
