Abstract: As an important agricultural province, Guangxi has an increasing demand for rural industrial structure adjustment and economic transformation and upgrading. With the promotion of the national rural revitalization strategy, Guangxi's rural economy is facing development opportunities, enhancing the financial literacy of rural industrial talents has become the key to promoting sustainable development of the rural area economy. This article analyzes the current situation of rural industrial talents in Guangxi, explores ways to improve their financial literacy through practical cases, conducts a survey, and the results show that the measures are effective.
