现代汽车产业学院背景下校企深度融合的车辆类应用型人才培养模式研究

摘要: 该文在分析当前应用型学校传统人才培养模式存在问题的基础上,结合校企联合开展培养经验,提出现代汽车产业学院背景下校企深度融合的“3+1”人才培养模式,并根据车辆类专业应用型人才培养实践,从企业岗位需求、培养体系、师资建设和制度保障等方面进行阐述。实践表明:学生符合企业对人才的需求,岗位适应性好,模式具有良好的推广意义。最后,该文根据产业学院建设要求提出企业全过程参与人才培养、设置产业模块课程、新工科下复合人才培养、校企共建虚拟教研室等合理化建议,为人才培养模式提供理论支撑。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the traditional talent training mode of applied schools, combined with the experience of school-enterprise joint training, this paper puts forward the“3+1”talent training mode of deep integration between schools and enterprises. Based on the training practice of applied talents of vehicle Talents, the paper expounds from the aspects of enterprise job demand, training system, teacher construction and institutional guarantee. Practice shows that students meet the needs of enterprise talents, good adaptability to the job, and have a good significance of promotion. Finally, according to the requirements of the construction of industrial college, some reasonable suggestions were put forward, such as enterprise participation in the whole process of talent training, setting up industrial module courses, composite talents training under new engineering, and school -enterprise virtual teaching and research office construction, to provide theoretical support for the talent training mode.
