摘要: 随着新工科理念的提出,地方农业高校水利工程专业的人才培养面临新的挑战和机遇。该文基于扬州大学的教学改革方案,探讨了水利工程专业的创新实践“软平台”建设,通过构建水利工程的文化基础、优化实践平台的机制以及建立教师与学生的创新评价体系,旨在提升学生的创新能力与实践水平,为地方农业水利基础设施建设培养高素质、复合型的水利工程人才。研究表明:创新实践“软平台”的构建能够有效提高学生的实践创新能力,促进校企协同合作,推动水利工程专业人才培养模式的升级。

Abstract: The new engineering education concept has brought new challenges and opportunities to the training of talents in hydraulic engineering programs at regional agricultural universities. Drawing from Yangzhou University's teaching reform plan, this paper outlines how an innovative“soft platform”can be developed for practical training. This approach enhances students' innovative and practical skills through a strong cultural foundation in hydraulic engineering, optimized institutional mechanisms, and a novel evaluation system for both teachers and students. It aims to cultivate versatile hydraulic engineers capable of contributing to local agricultural water infrastructure. The new“soft platform”boosts student innovation, promotes university-industry collaboration, and upgrades the talent training model in hydraulic engineering.
