摘要: 全国职业院校技能大赛是一项旨在提升学生综合职业能力的公益性竞赛,特别是口腔临床技能大赛,其内容不断更新,以适应行业发展。为了在比赛中取得优异成绩,院校需构建高质量的师资团队,提前选拔并训练参赛学生,不断强化其临床思维和实践能力;通过“以赛促学、以赛促教、教赛融通”的方式,可以促进教学相长,提高教育质量,增强学生的职业技能和核心竞争力;同时,建立完善的教学评价体系,确保教育与产业需求紧密结合,为社会培养更多优秀的专业人才。

Abstract: The National Vocational College Skills Competition is a public welfare competition aimed at enhancing students' comprehensive professional abilities. Specifically, the content of the oral clinical skills competition is continuously updated to align with industry advancements. In order to achieve outstanding results in the competition, colleges and universities need to establish a high-quality teaching team, proactively select and train students, and consistently strengthen their clinical thinking and practical skills. By utilizing methods such as“learning through competition, teaching through competition, and integrating teaching with competition,”it can foster effective teaching and learning practices, enhance educational quality, and elevate students'professional expertise and core competitiveness. Simultaneously, it is crucial to establish a robust evaluation system for education that ensures close alignment with industrial demands while cultivating more exceptional professionals for society.
