摘要: 药理学是一门以实验为基础的桥梁学科,不仅将基础医学与临床医学相连接,而且也衔接医学与药学。传统的药理学实验教学主要以课堂为中心,多采取被动式的教学方式。虽然传统的药理实验可以通过验证方式培养学生实验技能,促进学生将理论与实践相结合,加深学生对理论知识的理解,但是学生从实验中发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的实践能力欠缺。开放性实验教学不仅可以培养学生解决问题的能力,还可调动学生的学习积极性、激发学生探索的兴趣,同时培养学生的创新实践能力和团队协作精神。

Abstract: Pharmacology is a bridge discipline between basic and clinical medicine, medicine and pharmacy based on experiments. The traditional pharmacology laboratory teaching is mainly classroom-centered and passive-based. Although traditional pharmacology experiments can promote the combination of theory and practice through verification, deepen students'understanding of theoretical knowledge and cultivate experimental skills, students'practical ability to find, analyze and solve problems from experiments is relatively slow. Open experimental teaching can not only mobilize students'enthusiasm and stimulate students' interest in exploration, but also cultivate students'innovative practice ability and teamwork spirit.
