摘要: 分子生物学实验是生物科学类专业的核心课程,研讨式教学是以研究与讨论为原则的教学方法。为提升实验课程的教学质量,该文以中南林业科技大学分子生物学实验课程的教学实践为基础,探讨将研讨式教学方法应用于分子生物学实验课程教学的主要意义、应用路径和应用成效,有望为其他高校分子生物学实验教学及其他实验教学改革提供借鉴。

Abstract: Molecular biology experiment is the core course of biological science major, and the seminar teaching is a teaching method based on research and discussion. The main significance, application path and effect, which the seminar teaching method is applied to molecular biology experiment, is discussed by using the teaching practice of molecular biology experiment course on Central South University of Forestry and Technology in order to improve the teaching quality of experiment courses. This will provide reference for molercular biology experiment teaching in the other university and other experiment teaching reform.
