“双碳”人才的需求与供给分析

摘要: 实施“双碳”战略需要大量高素质复合型“双碳”人才。由于我国“双碳”目标提出时间不长且涉及领域众多,导致目前“双碳”人才供给不足,出现较大的人才缺口。该文通过分析“双碳”战略的内涵、目标任务及实现路径,确定“双碳”战略对人才类型、知识结构及能力的要求,并在此基础上提出培养“双碳”人才的主要路径,包括加强高校人才培养、促进企业人才自我成长和推广社会化人才培训等。

Abstract: The implementation of“double-carbon”strategy needs a large number of high-quality“double-carbon”talents. There is a large gap between the talents demand and supply, as is because the strategy is proposed not so long and involved in numerous fields. This work determines the talents involving the type, knowledge structure and ability requirements through analyzing the concept of strategy, task goal and path. Then the training path that strengthening the training of college talents, promoting the self-growth of enterprise talents and promoting the training of socialized talents is put forward.
