摘要: “双高计划”从专业群建设、“双师”队伍建设、学校管理以及信息化和国际化发展等多个层面,对新时代职业教育的发展提出了更高要求。在此背景下,职业院校需要重视构建教师教学创新团队,为推进“双高计划”有效实施提供保障。该文在分析与论述“双高计划”内涵与价值的基础上,对“双高计划”背景下教师教学创新团队建设工作的意义以及相关工作优化路径开展了研究与探讨。

Abstract: The“double high-levels plan”puts forward higher requirements for the development of vocational education in the new era from the aspects of professional group construction, double professional team construction, school governance, informatization and internationalization development. In this context, vocational colleges need to pay attention to the construction of teachers'teaching innovation teams to provide guarantee for the effective implementation of the“double high-levels plan”. Based on the analysis and discussion of the connotation and value of the“double high-levels plan”, this paper studies and discusses the significance of the construction of teachers’teaching innovation team under the“double high-levels plan”and the optimization path of related work.
