摘要: 为适应“四新”建设对高校人才培养提出的挑战,图书馆应结合资源优势、人才优势和服务优势,在推动高质量人才建设中发挥更大作用。该文通过分析图书馆角色定位和能力素质新要求,从知识育人、服务育人、文化育人3个维度出发,开展信息素养教育、信息数据服务、育人平台建设、空间改造实践,积极推动服务改革与创新,为构建新形势下高校文献信息资源保障和知识服务体系、助力“四新”人才全面发展提供参考和建议。

Abstract: In order to adapt to the new challenges of the“four new disciplines”construction to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities,libraries should play a greater role in promoting the construction of high-quality talents by combining the advantages of resources, talents and services. By analyzing the new requirements of library's role orientation and ability and quality,and starting from the three dimensions of knowledge education, service education and cultural education,this paper carries out information literacy education, information data service,education platform construction and space transformation practice, actively promotes service reform and innovation,and provides reference and suggestions for the construction of university literature information resource guarantee and knowledge service system under the new situation, and helps the comprehensive development of “four new disciplines”talents.
