摘要: 该文针对专业建设中人才培养供给侧和现代园艺产业需求侧不完全适配的问题,开展理论研究和实践探索,建立校企命运共同体,实施“五共三融合”人才培养模式改革,制定以岗位职业能力为主线的园艺技术专业人才培养方案,对接产业需求,开发培养标准,重构课程体系,精选教学内容,改革教学方式,丰富教学手段,系统构建了园艺技术人才培养体系,创建了国内首批校企共建生产性实训基地,构建起人才链与创新链有机衔接通道,形成了基于校企命运共同体的“五共三融合”园艺技术专业人才培养模式。

Abstract: In view of the problem that the supply side of talent training and the demand side of modern horticulture industry are not fully adapted, we carried out theoretical research and practical exploration, established a community of shared future between schools and enterprises, implemented the reform of the talent training model of "five common and three fusions", formulated a talent training program for horticulture technology professionals with the main line of post professional ability, matched the industrial needs, developed training standards, reconstructed the curriculum system, selected teaching content, reformed teaching methods, and enriched teaching means. It has systematically built a horticultural technology talent training system, created the first batch of productive training bases jointly built by schools and enterprises in China, built an organic connection channel between the talent chain and the innovation chain, and formed a "five common and three fusions" horticultural technology professional talent training mode based on the community of shared future between schools and enterprises.
