摘要: 理工科大学生作为我国科技创新的主力,其创新能力的培养对我国建设“科技强国”“制造强国”,实现高质量发展至关重要。该文以理工科地方高校为例,提出通过优化课程体系、创建学科专业特色和创新能力培养课程群、创新教学模式、构建“专创融合”“校企联合”育人新模式、加强师资建设等措施,加强理工科大学生创新能力培养。

Abstract: As the new force of China's scientific and technological innovation, the cultivation of science and engineering college students' innovation ability is crucial for China to build a "science and technology power" and "manufacturing power" and achieve high-quality development. Taking local universities of science and engineering as an example, this paper aims to strengthen the cultivation of students' innovative ability by optimizing the curriculum system, creating the curriculum group of discipline and specialty characteristics and innovative ability training, innovating the teaching mode, constructing the new mode of "integration of specialty and innovation" and "school-enterprise combination", and strengthening the construction of teachers.
