教学用“煤矿综采工作面液压传动实验室”建设探讨——以新疆工程学院为例

Discussion on the Construction of "Hydraulic Transmission Laboratory for Coal Mine General Mining Working Face" for Teaching——Take Xinjiang Engineering College as an example

摘要: 液压与气压传动是一门理论知识深、实践性强的机电类专业基础课程,为进一步培养学生的创新精神与实践能力,结合我校对机电专业学生的培养目标,探讨建立用于液压与气压传动课程教学的“煤矿综采工作面液压传动实验室”。该实验室的建设主要从必要性及可行性分析、建设过程及内容、软硬件的分析与采购、实验室的管理与维护四个方面进行探讨。实验室建成后,液压与气压传动课程可以此实验室合理地增设设计性实验并规范化地实施,不仅能充分调动学生在实践中学习的积极性和主动性,亦有利于培养学生工程意识,提高学生动手能力和实践创新能力。

Abstract: Hydraulic and pneumatic transmission is a professional basic course of electromechanics with deep theoretical knowledge and strong practicality, in order to further cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability, combined with our school's training objectives for electromechanical students, we explore the establishment of a hydraulic transmission for coal mine general mining working face for teaching hydraulic and pneumatic transmission course laboratory. The construction of this laboratory is mainly discussed from four aspects: necessity and feasibility analysis, construction process and content, analysis and procurement of hardware and software, and management and maintenance of the laboratory. After the completion of the laboratory, the course of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission can reasonably set up additional design experiments and standardize the implementation of this laboratory, which will not only fully mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning in practice, but also help cultivate students' engineering consciousness, improve students' hands-on ability and practical innovation ability.
