摘要: 研究生辅助教师参与本科实验教学,在一定程度上可解决高校师资不足的问题,缓解任课教师的教学压力,是提升本科及研究生教学质量的重要途径之一。该文阐述了研究生参与本科实验的必要性、教学模式及作用。针对研究生参与本科实验教学存在的研究生实验动手能力、教学能力不足、责任心及团队意识不强的问题,提出了相应的解决措施,以更好地发挥本科实验教学中研究生的作用,提升本科实验教学效果,提高研究生培养质量。

Abstract: Postgraduate teachers' participation in undergraduate experimental teaching can solve the problem of insufficient teachers in colleges and universities to a certain extent, relieve the teaching pressure of teachers, which is one of the important ways to improve the quality of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. This paper expounds the necessity, teaching mode and function of graduate students participating in undergraduate experiment. In view of the problems existing in postgraduate students' participation in undergraduate experimental teaching, such as the lack of practical ability, teaching ability, sense of responsibility and team consciousness, this paper puts forward corresponding solutions to better play the role of postgraduate students in undergraduate experimental teaching, improve the effect of undergraduate experimental teaching, and improve the quality of postgraduate training.
