摘要: 面对新经济建设下新工科人才培养需求,转变电气专业人才培养理念,推动知识、能力、素养三位一体的工程教育人才培养体系建设。明确服务地方产业人才培养目标,构建以新能源产业需求为导向的知识模块,开展多层次、多角度的工程实践和人文职业素质培养;强化一流课程建设,拓展第二课堂,深化产教融合,形成培养合力,提高人才培养质量。

Abstract: Facing the demand for new engineering talents cultivation under the construction of a new economy, change the concept of electrical professional talents cultivation, and promote the construction of engineering education talents cultivation system with the trinity of knowledge, ability, and literacy. Clarify the goal of cultivating talents to serve local industries, building knowledge modules oriented to the new energy industry's needs, and carrying out multi-level and multi-angle engineering practice and humanistic professional quality cultivation. Strengthen the construction of a first-class curriculum, broaden the second classroom, deepen the integration of industry and education, form the training synergy and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
