高职机电专业实训室管理7M创新法探究

Research on 7M Innovation Method for the Management of Practical Training Room of Mechatronics Integration Technology Major in Vocational College

摘要: 高职机电一体化技术专业实训室建设和管理存在诸多不足,如实训场地布局不合理、实训室管理方法滞后、实训设备更新不及时、实训教材陈旧等问题,提出了实训室建设和管理7M创新法:场地布局合理化、实训设备主流化、管理使用智能化、学习实训职业化、教材编写活页化、设备维保学生化、弘扬工匠精神。该创新方法可有效解决高职机电一体化技术专业实训室建设和管理存在的问题,为高职院校专业实训室建设和管理提供了新思路。

Abstract: There are many deficiencies in the construction and management of training rooms for mechatronics technology in vocational colleges, such as unreasonable layout of training rooms, lagging management methods of training rooms, training content that does not adapt the needs of jobs, and outdated training books. It is proposed to 7M innovation methods for training room construction and management: methods ofrationalized layout in the training room, methods of mainstreamindustrial applications on training equipment, methods of intelligent management and usage in training room, methods of professionalization for learning and training, methods of looseleaf textbook writed, methods of equipment maintained by students, and promote the spint of craftsmen. This method can effectively solve the problems existing in the construction and management of training rooms for mechatronics technology in vocational colleges, and can also provide new ideas for the construction and management in other majors training rooms in vocational colleges.
