摘要: 产教融合是校企合作的高级阶段,虚实结合是提升实践教学质量的有效方式。围绕“煤机装备虚拟现实装配系统”,该文分析了校企合作科学研究过程、校企合作成果转化方式、科研成果服务人才培养途径,指出校企深度产教融合是双向自觉、互动整合、合作共赢的过程;通过校内虚实结合的本科生实践教学、校企虚实结合的智能化培训、虚实结合的公益服务与科普等,深入阐释了虚实结合促进工程实践教育改革和拓宽人才培养路径的方式。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education is an advanced stage of school enterprise cooperation, and the combination of virtual and real is an effective way to improve the quality of practice teaching. Focusing on the virtual reality assembly system of coal machinery equipment, this paper analysis the process of school enterprise cooperation scientific research, the method of school enterprise cooperation achievements transformation, and the way of scientific research achievements serving talents training. It is pointed out that the deep integration of industry and education between schools and enterprises is a process of two-way self-consciousness, interactive integration and win-win cooperation. Through the virtual-real combination model, the undergraduate practical teaching in the school, the school enterprise cooperation intelligent training, and the public service & science popularization are carried out. The ways of using virtual-real combination model to promote the reform of engineering practice education and broaden the path of talent training are deeply explained.
