摘要/Abstract

摘要： BIM（Building Information Modeling）技术的全称为建筑信息模型,也是近年来国际建造、购置和安装固定资产相关活动领域运用的重要技术,该技术配合现代信息技术,逐渐转变了传统工程项目的管理形式,推动了建设项目的施工进度以及造价、合同、质量、安全等方面管理水平的提升。为提升高校工程管理专业人才培养的质量,该文将BIM技术与人才培养方案相融合,在掌握BIM技术特征、作用的基础上,基于现状确定应用型人才培养的实践路径,进行教学创新改革,实现工程管理人才培养的目标,满足社会对建筑信息化人才实践能力的要求。

Abstract: The full name of BIM technology is Building Information Modeling, which is also an important technology used in the field of international construction, procurement, and installation of fixed assets in recent years. In conjunction with modern information technology, this technology has gradually transformed the traditional management form of engineering projects, promoting the improvement of construction progress, cost, contract, quality, safety, and other management levels of construction projects. In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation in engineering management in universities, this article integrates BIM technology with talent cultivation plans. Based on mastering the characteristics and functions of BIM technology, the practical path for applied talent cultivation is determined based on the current situation, and teaching innovation reform is carried out to achieve the goal of engineering management talent cultivation and meet the demand for practical ability of construction information technology talents in today's society.
