摘要: 该文探讨了OBE理念下高校教学督导评价的改革与创新。首先,对OBE理念下的教学督导评价进行了概述,分析了OBE理念对教学督导评价的影响;其次,通过对教学督导评价现状的调查和分析,提出了教学督导评价存在的问题;最后,从优化教学督导队伍结构、完善督导方式和提升教学质量三个方面,提出了教学督导评价改革与创新的策略和方法。

Abstract: This paper discusses the reform and innovation of college teaching supervision and evaluation under the concept of OBE. Firstly, the overview of teaching supervision evaluation under OBE concept is provided, and the influence of OBE concept on teaching supervision evaluation is analyzed; Secondly, through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of teaching supervision evaluation, the problems of teaching supervision evaluation; Finally, from the three aspects of optimizing the structure of teaching supervision team, the strategies and innovation of teaching supervision team, improving the supervision mode and improving the teaching quality, proposed strategies and methods for reforming and innovating teaching supervision and evaluation.
