摘要: 研究生教育是高等教育的重要环节,是深入推进“双一流”建设的关键因素,承担着培养拔尖创新人才的重要使命,对我国高等教育高质量发展具有重大推动作用。该文通过积极探索基础学科拔尖人才培养模式创新改革的有效途径,明确培养目标,建立健全研究生招生选拔机制,进一步优化考核机制,通过提升研究生课程与教材质量、拓展国际化培养模式、加强学科交叉融合等措施,进一步培养可促进社会发展的人才,为提升学校学位与研究生教育水平和人才培养质量提供借鉴。

Abstract: Graduate education is an important link in higher education and a key factor in promoting the “Double First Class” construction in depth. It undertakes the important mission of cultivating top-notch innovative talents and plays a crucial role in the high-quality development of higher education in China. This article actively explores effective ways to innovate and reform the cultivation mode of top-notch talents in basic disciplines, better clarifies training objectives, establishes and improves graduate enrollment and selection mechanisms, further optimizes assessment mechanisms, and further cultivates talents who can promote social development by improving the quality of graduate courses and textbooks, expanding international training models, and strengthening interdisciplinary integration, to provide reference for improving the level of academic degree and postgraduate education and the quality of talent cultivation.
