摘要: 如何推进研究生教育创新,深化研究生教育综合改革,提高研究生实践创新能力,是机械类研究生培养工作亟须解决的关键问题,培养研究生的实践探索兴趣是提高研究生创新能力的有效途径。该文通过“校企协同”确定机械类研究生实践能力培养的目标、创新机械类研究生实践教学方法以及“校企协同”创新实践教育模式等方式,探索基于“校企协同”的机械类研究生实践教学模式,为提高工科专业研究生的实践能力、建设实践创新支撑平台提供新思路与方法。

Abstract: How to promote innovation in graduate education, deepening the comprehensive reform of graduate education, and improving the practical innovation ability of graduate students are key issues that urgently need to be solved in the cultivation of mechanical graduate students. Cultivating graduate students'interest in practical exploration is an effective way to improve their innovation ability. This article explores the practical teaching mode of mechanical graduate students based on “school enterprise collaborative training” by determining the training objectives of practical abilities for mechanical graduate students, innovating practical teaching methods for mechanical graduate students, and exploring the innovative practical education mode of school enterprise collaborative training, provides new ideas and methods to improve engineering graduate students'practical abilities and construct practical innovation support platforms.
