医学—工程学交叉型研究生培养创新研究

Research on the Innovation of the Cultivation of Medical Engineering Cross Type Postgraduates

摘要: 目的 探索医学与工程学相结合的研究生培养模式的应用效果。方法 选取2017年9月至2022年8月在西南医科大学临床医学院攻读专业硕士学位的研究生62名,实验组采用医学-工程学结合型培养模式(n=28),对照组采用传统教学模式(n=34),通过对考核结束时两组学员科技文献发表情况及对医工结合教学的问卷调查评价医学-工程学交叉型教学的效果。结果 实验组文献发表得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组对医工结合教学问卷总体评价明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在专业硕士学位研究生的教学培养中,采用医学-工程学交叉型教学模式,与传统模式相比,提高了研究生科研、临床等综合能力,是值得推广的新型教学模式。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of the postgraduate training mode combining medicine with engineering. Methods From September 2017 to August 2022, 62 postgraduates studying for professional master's degree in the School of Clinical Medicine of Southwest Medical University were selected. The experimental group adopted the combination of medicine and engineering training mode (n=28), and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode (n=34). The effect of the cross teaching of medicine and engineering was evaluated through the publication of scientific and technological literature of and the questionnaire survey of the combination of medicine and engineering teaching at the end of the examination. Results The score of literature published in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the overall evaluation of the questionnaire on the integration of medicine and work in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching and training of professional master's degree postgraduates, the medical engineering cross-teaching mode has improved the comprehensive abilities of postgraduates in scientific research and clinical practice compared with the traditional mode, which is a new teaching mode worthy of promotion.
