摘要: 推拿手法是推拿学科的基本技能,是推拿临床治疗疾病的主要手段。如何有效、高质量地掌握推拿手法的理论知识和操作技能,并熟练应用于临床,是推拿学科的重点和难点。针对推拿手法实训教学现状,该文探索改革推拿手法实训教学观念与策略,丰富推拿手法理论教学方法,改革实训教学模式,规范实训流程,更新实训教学手段与考核体系,模拟临床实践过程等,以提高推拿手法实训教学的效果和质量。

Abstract: The manipulation of Tuina is the basic skill of the discipline of Tuina, is the main means of clinical treatment of diseases.How to master the theoretical knowledge and operation skills of Tuina technique effectively and with high quality, and skillfully apply it to clinical practice, is the key and difficult point of Tuina discipline.In view of the current situation of the practical training of Tuina techniques, the exploring reform Tuina practice teaching idea and strategy, rich Tuina theory teaching method, reform of practice teaching mode, standardize the training process, update training teaching means and evaluation system, simulation process of clinical practice, etc., in order to improve the actual teaching effect and quality of Tuina.
