Abstract: The second classroom in colleges and universities is the main sites to carry out the fundamental task of moral cultivation and improve the comprehensive quality of students. The construction of college system should realize the integration of general education and professional education, and then promote the conformal development of higher education. This paper actively explore the construction of the second classroom under the college system mode, implement the fundamental task of moral cultivation in colleges and universities, and create a new situation of“three-whole education”of the whole process and all-round education of all staff. We should build a new management mode of the second classroom with the college management as the cornerstone. With modular education as the core, the“1+3+5+1”education system should be constructed in the second classroom. To promote the systematic design of the second class activities with college activities as the starting point; Form a joint force with the college, and build a collaborative education mechanism of two colleges.
