围绕材料成型全流程的CAE课程体系教学探索

摘要: 应用型本科人才是面向生产一线解决现场复杂工程问题的技术人才,这就要求人才能够应用基础理论知识与现代信息技术,对本领域内的工程产品进行综合分析,解决实际工程问题。针对应用型高校材料成型及控制工程专业现有CAE课程体系的问题,该文从提高该专业人才的整体工程能力角度出发,围绕CAE课程体系中的课程内容、课程时序及课程结构三个方面进行探讨,通过增加数学及力学等基础类课程内容,并进行以解决复杂问题为导向的网状结构授课,学生可主动发现、分析并解决企业产品研发及生产过程中出现的技术难题。

Abstract: Application-oriented undergraduates are undergraduates who major in solve complex engineering problems from the production line. This requires students to be able to apply basic theoretical knowledge and modern information technology to comprehensively analyze engineering products in their field and solve practical engineering problems. For the existing problem about CAE course system of material shaping and control engineering from the application-oriented colleges, starting from improving the overall engineering ability of those undergraduates, the paper discusses the CAE course system including course content, course timing and course structure. By adding some basic course contents including mathematics and mechanics, and using network course structure with the orientation of solving complex problems, students then actively discover, analyze and solve the technological problems that occur during the R&D and productive process of the enterprise.
