摘要: 产业学院是适应现代产业发展、深化协同育人的有效形式,但目前,现代产业学院仍处于发展时期,还在不断探索和完善。现代智能农牧装备产业学院通过健全组织机构和管理机制、创新人才培养模式、建设教师队伍、建立实习实训基地、搭建产学研合作平台,构建集人才培养、科学研究、技术创新、学生创业等功能于一体的人才培养实体,探索产业学院的建设模式,解决人才培养与产业需求的结构性矛盾,打造高效产教融合的示范区,实现现代产业学院可持续、内涵式创新发展。

Abstract: Industrial college is an effective form to adapt to the development of modern industry and deepen collaborative education, but at present, the modern industrial college is still in the development period, and is still in constant exploration and improvement. Modern Intelligent Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Equipment Industry College explores the construction mode of industrial college by improving the organizational structure and management mechanism, innovating the talent training mode, building the teacher team, establishing the practice and training base, setting up the cooperation platform of industry-university-research, and constructing the talent training entity integrating the functions of talent training, scientific research, technological innovation and student entrepreneurship. To solve the structural contradiction between talent training and industrial demand, build a demonstration area of efficient integration of production and education, and realize the sustainable and connotative innovative development of modern industrial college.
