以“1+X”证书为抓手,培养学生核心技能与职业素养——以工业机器人技术专业为例

摘要: 加快推进现代职业教育改革,必然要从人才培育模式入手,适应行业、企业岗位需求,提升职业人才的核心技能和综合素养。自“1+X”证书制度试点实施以来,强调学历证书与职业技能等级证书融通育人。该文以工业机器人专业为例,构建基于共生理论的“四融”人才培养模式,满足学生差异化学习和终身学习需求,更好地服务社会、服务产业发展,确保人才职业技能螺旋提升,为人才高质量就业提供有力支撑。

Abstract: To accelerate the reform of modern vocational education, it is necessary to start with the talent cultivation mode, meet the needs of the industry and enterprises, and improve the core skills and comprehensive quality of professional talents. Since the pilot implementation of the“1+X”certificate system, emphasis has been placed on the integration of education certificates and vocational skill level certificates. Taking industrial robotics as an example, the“four integration”talent training model based on symbiotic theory is built to meet the needs of students for differentiated learning and lifelong learning, better serve the society and industrial development, ensure the spiral improvement of talents' vocational skills, and provide favorable support for high-quality employment of talents.
