摘要: 应用型高校正处于人才培养模式转变之际,创新创业教育与实践不能照搬以往的教育模式,创新创业人才培养方式也应该从课堂扩展到课外。该文提出了一种基于OBE理念的大学生创新创业团队双螺旋培育模型。内螺旋融合“学、练、践、创”等关键要素,用以培养创新创业团队的基础能力;外螺旋融合“项目、成果、竞赛”等关键要素,用以培养创新创业团队的综合能力。内外螺旋结合,在不断提升大学生知识和技能的同时,逐步夯实团队的核心竞争力。课题以工科类的本科生、研究生组成的大学生团队为研究对象,构建具有工科类背景的大学生创新创业团队培育模型,并逐步向其他专业门类推广,为建设高水平大学生创新创业团队提供理论指导和实践依据。

Abstract: Application-oriented colleges and universities are in the midst of talent training mode transformation, innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice can not copy the previous education mode, innovation and entrepreneurship talent training method should be expanded from classroom to extracurricular. This paper proposes a double helix cultivation model of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship team based on the concept of OBE. The inner spiral integrates“learning, practice, experience, innovation”and other key elements to cultivate the basic ability of innovation and entrepreneurship team; The outer spiral integrates key elements such as“project, performance, competition”to cultivate the comprehensive ability of innovation and entrepreneurship teams. The inner and outer spiral is repeatedly combined to continuously enhance the knowledge and skills of college students and gradually consolidate the core competitiveness of the team. The research focuses on a college student team composed of undergraduate and graduate students majoring in engineering, constructing a model for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship teams for college students with engineering backgrounds, and gradually promoting it to other professional categories, providing theoretical guidance and practical basis for building high-level college student innovation and entrepreneurship teams.
