摘要: 为解决传统人才培养模式与不断变化的社会需求契合度不高的问题,进一步提高应用型人才培养质量,该文基于应用型人才培养理念,从工程教育认证的角度出发,以需求为导向设计培养目标、毕业要求、能力需求、能力要素和课程设置;改进课程大纲和教学设计,引导企业和行业参与人才培养全过程,增强了学生对技术应用的认识和理解,提高了学生的应用和创新能力。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low compatibility between traditional talent cultivation models and constantly changing social needs, and further improve the quality of applied talent cultivation, this article is based on the concept of applied talent cultivation, starting from the perspective of engineering education certification, and designing training objectives, graduation requirements, ability requirements, ability elements, and curriculum settings with a demand oriented approach; Improving the curriculum and teaching design, guiding enterprises and industries to participate in the entire process of talent cultivation, enhancing students' understanding and understanding of technology application, and enhancing their application and innovation abilities.
