Abstract: Nowadays, the integration of production and education is an important way to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities, which provides a new path for the cultivation of talents in China, Making clear the direction of personnel training is beneficial to improve the quality of personnel training in China and cultivate the talents needed by society. However, it is not enough to rely solely on schools and enterprises to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents, which requires the joint efforts of all sectors of society. Based on the importance of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talent training under the background of integration of production and education. The paper analyzes the current situation of talent training in colleges and universities, and puts forward relevant suggestions on this basis.
