摘要: 在实施创新驱动发展战略过程中,以新技术、新产业、新业态、新模式为特征的新经济对高等工程教育改革提出了新的要求,地方高校面临新的发展机遇和挑战。该文针对地方高校电类专业新工科人才培养中面临的问题进行分析,贯彻了“以学生为中心、成果导向和持续改进”的育人理念,建立了学科交叉的课程体系,探索了校校、校企、校所和校地的多方协同育人机制,构建了人才质量评价体系,形成了地方高校电类专业新工科人才培养模式,提高了学生的创新能力和工程实践能力,提高了人才培养的质量。

Abstract: In the process of implementing the strategies of innovation driven development etc. the new economy characterized of new technologies, new industries, new forms of business and new mode has put forward new requirements for the reform of higher engineering education, and local universities are facing new development opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzes the problems faced in the training of new engineering talents in the electrical specialty of local colleges and universities, implements the education concept of "student-centered, achievement oriented and continuous improvement", establishes interdisciplinary curriculum, explores a multi-party collaborative education mechanism among schools, schools, enterprises, schools and places, builds a talent quality evaluation system, and forms a new engineering talent training model for the electrical specialty of local colleges and universities, it improves students' innovation ability and engineering practice ability, and improves the quality of talent training.
