摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为适应科学技术的发展,培养符合现代经济社会需求的财务管理专业人才非常重要。除了财经类高校和综合类高校,大量的工科类高校也设置了财务管理专业。基于我国工科类高校财务管理人才培养的现状,该文通过分析工科类高校财务管理专业人才培养中存在的问题及其原因,并结合工科类高校自身的特点和优势,从“课赛证”融合的角度对工科类高校财务管理专业人才培养模式进行探索,并提出可行的建议。

Abstract: In order to adapt the development of science and technology, it is very important to cultivate financial management talents who can meet the needs of modern economy and society. In addition to finance and economics universities and comprehensive universities, a large number of engineering universities have also set up financial management majors. Based on the present situation of financial management talent cultivation in Chinese engineering universities, through the analysis of their cultivating problems and causes, and connecting with the characteristics and advantages of engineering universities, this paper explores financial management talent cultivation mode and puts forward feasible suggestions from the perspective of "course, competition and certificate" integration.
