摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着社会经济的不断发展,社会对高职教育给予了更多的重视和关注,作为开展大学生思想政治教育工作重要力量的辅导员群体,其专业化建设尤为重要。新时代背景下,高校辅导员在遇到发展机遇的同时,确实面临一系列发展困境,该文从制度导向、过程导向、能力导向、时代导向、协同导向五个方面提出解决策略,实现立德树人的教育目标。

关键词: 五个导向, 卫生类, 高职院校, 辅导员队伍建设

Abstract: With the continuous development of social economy, the society has paid more attention to higher vocational education. As an important force in carrying out ideological and political education for college students, the counselor group plays an important role in professional construction. Under the background of the new era, college counselors are facing a series of development dilemmas as well as development opportunities. We plan to put forward solutions from five aspects of system-oriented, process-oriented, capability-oriented, epoch-oriented and collaboration-oriented, so as to realize the educational purpose of cultivating people through moral education.
