摘要: 在分析工程应用创新型人才培养现状的基础上,对工程应用创新型人才的特征和培养目标进行了探究,针对地方高校有效培养适应社会发展需求的工程应用创新型人才、缩短学用落差的实际需要,从革新人才培养理念、课程体系、教学模式、教学方式;强化产学研平台建设、资源保障;完善激励机制、管理制度、质量监测与评价体系;持续改进人才培养体系各环节等方面,提出了地方高校培养应用创新型人才的途径。

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the current situation of cultivating engineering application-oriented innovative talents, the characteristics and cultivation goals of engineering application-oriented innovative talents are explored, aiming at local colleges and universities to effectively cultivate engineering application-oriented innovative talents that meet the needs of social development and shorten the gap between study and application, from innovative talent training concept, curriculum system, teaching mode, teaching method; strengthen the construction of industry-academia-research platforms and resource guarantee; improve the incentive mechanism, management system, quality monitoring and evaluation system; continuously improve all aspects of the talent training system, and put forward ways for local colleges and universities to cultivate application-oriented innovative talents.
