线上线下一体化“三创”实践培养体系的构建

摘要: 由于就业压力和国际形势的变化,实施“三创”教育培养“三创”型人才的重要性日益凸显,不同类型高校采用的方法和模式略有不同,有些高校偏重企业实践,有些则更侧重课程体系的优化。该文对目前高校“三创”教育实践培养模式的优缺点进行分析,结合应用型本科院校的特点,提出构建更加优化的线上线下一体化引企入校“互联网+三创”实践培养体系。

Abstract: In recent years, due to the employment pressure and the changes in the international situation, the importance of implementing "three creativity" education to cultivate "three creativity" talents has become increasingly prominent. Different types of colleges adopt different methods and modes. Some colleges focus on enterprise practice, while others pay more attention to the optimization of curriculum system. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the "three creativity" education practice mode in colleges, and puts forward a more optimized online and offline integration "Internet plus three innovation"practical training system based on the characteristics of applied undergraduate colleges.
