摘要： “校友捐赠”作为各高校办学经费补充的有力来源,已成为大学评价体系中的一项重要指标,并被纳入了“双一流”建设院校遴选的评价体系。随着“双一流”建设的推进落实,行业特色高校面临着校友捐赠资金不足的短板。只有认识到“双一流”背景下校友捐赠工作的现状和特点,改进工作思路和工作方法,从改变工作理念、加强组织建设、创新校友联络方式、加强校友服务、创新筹资方式、加强在校生捐赠意识培养等方面进行突破,才能帮助行业特色高校争取更多的校友捐赠资金,为“双一流”建设提供有力支持。

Abstract: "Alumni donation" as a powerful source of funding supplement for colleges and universities has become an important index in the university evaluation system, and has been included in the evaluation system of "double first-class" construction institutions. With the implementation of "double first-class" construction, colleges and universities with industry characteristics are facing the shortage of alumni donation funds. Only by recognizing the current situation and characteristics of alumni donation work under the background of "double first-class", improving working ideas and working methods, and making breakthroughs in changing work concepts, strengthening organizational construction, innovating alumni contact information, strengthening Alumni Service, innovating financing methods, and strengthening the cultivation of students' donation consciousness, can universities with industry characteristics strive for more alumni donation funds To provide strong support for the construction of "double first class".
