Abstract: Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, focusing on the fundamental task of moral education, focusing on the educational concept of "three complete education", and integrating education and manpower to promote the all-round and whole process of educational management system. This paper takes the current situation and main problems of the construction of the "three complete education" education system in colleges and universities as the research object, with the specific implementation path as the research focus, combs and summarizes the feasible and effective path, in order to continuously improve the "three complete education" education system and the implementation effect.
