摘要: 先进制造技术的快速发展对当前地方本科院校机械专业人才的培养提出了挑战。该文以服务地方经济为前提,以机械工程本科专业为例,就制定机械制造类专业人才培养方案的理念和优化策略等问题进行论述,优化新工科建设背景下机械类本科先进制造技术人才培养方案,提出了人才培养目标定位、毕业要求、课程体系等方面采取的优化措施与方法。上述方法已应用于实际的人才培养过程中,并取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract: The rapid development of advanced manufacturing technology challenges the cultivation of mechanical talents in local universities. Based on the premise of serving the local economy and taking the undergraduate major of mechanical engineering as an example, this paper discusses the concept and optimization strategy of developing the personnel training program of mechanical manufacturing specialty, optimizes the training program of advanced manufacturing technology personnel of mechanical undergraduate under the background of new engineering construction, and puts forward the optimization measures taken in the aspects of personnel training target positioning, graduation requirements, curriculum system, etc And methods. The above methods have been applied in the actual process of personnel training and achieved good results.
