摘要: 职业资格清单外高职专业教育的校企合作,应通过协同创新的方式,以政策为依据,激发内驱力;以组织为纽带,形成共同体;以教改为突破,释放作用力;以教师为核心,构建人才库,促进校企成为有机联结、紧密互动的利益共同体和发展体。

Abstract: College-enterprise collaborative innovation on higher vocational education outside the Occupational Qualification List should adopt collaborative innovation to stimulate internal drive based on policies, create a community using organization as the link, release acting force using teaching reform as breakthrough, establish a talent pool taking teachers as the core, thus making college-enterprise a community of shared interests and developmental unity that are organically connected and closely interactive.
