摘要: 工匠精神是一种职业态度和精神理念,是从业人员的一种价值取向和行为表现,是工匠以追求完美的精神,对产品精雕细琢、精益求精,并不断创新的精神品质。在中职学校人才培养过程中融入“工匠精神”的培养是必然趋势,如何将“工匠精神”融入中职学校的日常教学,成了中职学校人才培养的新课题。

关键词: 工匠精神, 校企深度融合, 人才培养方案

Abstract: Craftsman's spirit is a kind of professional attitude and spiritual concept, a kind of value orientation and behavior performance of employees, and a spirit of craftsman's pursuit of perfection, meticulousness, excellence and continuous innovation of products. It is an inevitable trend to integrate the "craftsman spirit" in the process of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools. How to integrate the "craftsman spirit" into the daily teaching of secondary vocational schools has become a new topic of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools.
