摘要/Abstract

摘要： 该文通过“一优化·三改革”推进实施“1+X证书”制度,“一优化”即对接职业标准,优化人才培养方案,“三改革”即深化“双师型”教师培育机制改革,课程教学改革,学业评价制度改革。通过“一优化·三改革”,提升职业教育质量和学生就业能力,增强学校人才供给能力,同时为职业院校推行“1+X”证书制度提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract: This paper promotes the implementation of "1 + X certificate" system through "one optimization and three reforms". One optimization refers to the docking of professional standards, the optimization of talent training program, "three reforms" refers to the deepening of the reform of "double teacher" teacher training mechanism, curriculum teaching reform and academic evaluation system. Through "one optimization and three reforms", improve the quality of vocational education and students' employability, enhance the ability of talent supply, and provide useful reference for vocational colleges to implement "1 + X" certificate system.
