摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在当代高等教育中,将立德树人和高校的思想政治教育相融合是对高校思政教育的更高要求。在大学学习期间学生接受德育教育,主要是通过本校的思想政治课教师的授课行为,因此,高校思政课教师队伍的素质和能力直接关系着思政教育的质量。

Abstract: In the contemporary higher education, the integration of LiDE tree people and the ideological and political education of colleges and universities is a higher requirement for the higher education. During the period of university study, students receive moral education mainly through the teaching behavior of the teachers of the school's ideological and political courses. Therefore, the quality and ability of the teachers 'team in the University's thought and political courses directly affect the quality of thought and political education.
