摘要: 协同理论的践行,有助于打破传统的人才创业培养模式,每名大学生都有资格参与其中,针对不同性格和长处的学生进行分类指导,协同创新理论可以最大限度地发挥个人的自主活力,也能构建出创新想法,这不仅可以激发创新思维,还能提升创业兴趣。

Abstract: The practice of collaborative theory is helpful to break the traditional mode of talent entrepreneurship training. Every college student has the right to participate in it. For students with different personalities and strengths, the collaborative innovation theory can give full play to the individual's independent vitality to the maximum extent, and can also construct innovative ideas, which can not only stimulate innovative thinking, but also enhance entrepreneurial interest.
