摘要: 苏州托普信息职业技术学院自2012年开始,全面推行“校企合作、工学结合”的“三循环递进式”人才培养模式。在各级领导的带领下,这种教学模式逐渐成熟并获得企业学生学校的一致认可。在新的人才培养模式下,作为一名专业课教师,思想与理念也一直在转变。多思考,付诸行动才能与时俱进,做一名优秀的教师。该文联系笔者的教学提出一些想法。

Abstract: Since 2012, SuZhou Top Institute of Information Technology has comprehensively implemented the "three-cycle and progressive" talent training mode of "school-enterprise cooperation and combination of work and study". Under the leadership of leaders at all levels, this teaching model has gradually matured and been recognized by enterprises, students and schools. Under the new talent training mode, as a professional course teacher, his thoughts and ideas have been changing. Only by thinking and acting can we keep pace with The Times and become an excellent teacher. This paper puts forward some ideas in connection with their own teaching.
