摘要: 在共享经济模式推动下,共享单车因解决“最后一公里”出行问题而备受关注。该文从摩拜单车的问题分析入手,首先,通过查阅相关文献和访谈调查,构建基于ACSI指数的顾客满意度模型;其次,通过问卷调查获取一手数据,运用PLS建模方法检验并评价摩拜单车的顾客满意度指数。最后,根据分析结果,对北京市摩拜单车发展提出了有益的建议与对策。

Abstract: Driven by the shared economy model, sharing bikes have attracted much attention because of solving the "last kilometer" problem. This paper starts from the Mobike problem analysis, through the literature review and interview survey, building the model of customer satisfaction based on ACSI index; Then, obtaining first-hand data through the questionnaire survey, we tested the PLS modeling method and evaluation of the Mobike customer satisfaction index. Finally, according to the analysis results, we put forward the suggestions and Countermeasures beneficial to the development of Mobike in the Beijing area.
