摘要: 本文分析了“新工科”建设背景下当前我国工科类研究生创新能力培养现状,指出了科研项目对工科类研究生创新能力培养的重要性,提出了基于科研项目驱动的工科类研究生创新能力培养模式,并分别从纵向科研项目、横向科研项目和研究生创新项目的角度介绍了工科类研究生创新能力培养策略,有助于推动高校研究生科研能力培养体系的改革与创新,提升研究生培养质量。

Abstract: This article analyzes the current state of innovation ability training of engineering postgraduates in China under the background of "new engineering", points out the importance of scientific research projects to the innovation ability of engineering postgraduates, proposes a training mode based on scientific research projects from the government, company and postgraduate culture base, and introduces the strategies for cultivating the innovative ability of engineering postgraduates, which will help promote the reform and innovation of the postgraduate scientific research ability training system and improve the quality of postgraduate education.
