Research on the Path of Improving Artificial Intelligence Literacy of Teaching Management Staff in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: With the innovative application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the teaching management of colleges and universities, the improvement of AI literacy for teaching management staff is imperative. AI literacy of teaching management staff encompasses aspects including AI awareness, technical knowledge and skill application, social responsibility, and iterative innovation. To improve the AI literacy of teaching management staff, colleges and universities should establish a four-dimensional capability model of“conceptual cognition - knowledge and skills - social responsibility-iterative innovation”and construct a three-in-one support framework of“regulations-resources-culture”.
