Abstract: Driven by the core concept of“active health”in the integration of sports and health, the reform of vocational physical education curriculum is imperative. This article clarifies the internal logic of the two in terms of goals, categories, and functions, and systematically constructs a reform path guided by the integration of physical education and health in response to the current problems of generalized curriculum goals, outdated content, and single evaluation. It proposes an implementation plan guided by three-dimensional layered goals, with four major module contents as the core, mixed scenario teaching as the characteristic, value-added evaluation as feedback, and the“teacher resource system”collaborative platform as the guarantee, providing solid theoretical support and practical paradigm for the strategic transformation of vocational physical education curriculum from “enhancing physical fitness”to“empowering lifelong occupational health”.
